Disorganized or mislabeled digital and PDF files are also cleaned up, renamed and integrated into a single Master Set of building information. That Master Set is quality-checked, OCR-enabled, and uploaded into the ARC Facilities platform. On-site, our team verifies and photographs shut-offs, assets, and emergency equipment for accuracy. At hand-off, we provide training and ongoing support, including Quarterly Business Reviews to share best practices.
