How fast is the implementation process?

Full implementation takes 120 days or less. Our team handles the process from start to finish so facilities staff stay focused on daily operations. We securely pick up and scan paper documents at one of our 140 ARC Scan Centers, using a color-for-color process to ensure accuracy. Disorganized or mislabeled digital and PDF files are also cleaned up, renamed and integrated into a single Master Set of building information. That Master Set is quality-checked, OCR-enabled, and uploaded into the ARC Facilities platform. On-site, our team verifies and photographs shut-offs, assets, and emergency equipment for accuracy. At hand-off, we provide training and ongoing support, including Quarterly Business Reviews to share best practices. As renovations and retrofits occur, closeout documents are added to the Master Set, keeping building information complete, organized and instantly accessible.
