We are diving into the possibilities of generative AI and machine learning to allow the built environment to become an active participant in the management and regulation of systems, driving efficiencies, delivering cost savings and reducing energy consumption in support sustainability and net zero goals. Our goal is a future state where the buildings are a partner to FMs, proactively providing data about potential challenges before they arise, and empowering FMs to strategically impact the growth and success of their business.
